The cost and delivery time depend on the delivery method chosen and the geographical area of delivery. The price will be displayed at the last step of the order.

It is possible to track the status of orders and schedule a new delivery through the delivery company’s website.

Returns and refunds
Conditions of return?
The return of an article can be done within 14 days and after filling in the contact form, indicating in the subject of the message “”Return and refund””. A return label will then be sent to you. This label will have to accompany the article you wish to return. Depending on your return preferences, the package can be sent from your home or from a parcel relay. For more information, please refer to the GTC.
Refund conditions?
The refund will be made after Guru’s staff has checked the item once it has been received. If the check is successful, you will receive a refund confirmation email. For more information, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
The refund period can vary between 5 to 15 days depending on the payment method chosen.
