Hereinafter the Client

Article 1 – Purpose
The website accessible by the following url :guruofficialbrand.com is operated in accordance with the legislation in Monaco and Europe.

The use of this site is governed by these terms and conditions. By using the site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions; they may be changed without notice by the publisher. The Editor cannot be held responsible in any way for any misuse of the service.

Article 2 – Legal capacity
Customers declare that they are of legal age and fully capable of contracting.

Article 3 – Geographical areas
The products and services are offered for the whole world.

However, the company Guru reserves the right not to accept and cancel an order for the reasons mentioned in Article 6.

Article 4 – Prices of products on sale
The prices indicated on the guruofficialbrand.com website are in euros, including VAT. The VAT is applied at the rate in force in Monaco at the time of the order. The selling prices of the products can be modified at any time by GURU. Any change in the rate will be applied immediately to the order in progress.

Article 5 – Items and products
The products visible on the website guruofficialbrand.com are deliverable only while stocks last. If the product is not available, GURU will inform the buyer as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. The buyer will then have the option of choosing another product or cancelling the order and receiving a refund.

GURU makes every effort to describe the products offered for sale as accurately as possible. The Client has the possibility, prior to placing an order, of becoming acquainted, on the GURU Internet site, with the essential characteristics of the products he intends to purchase. However, GURU cannot be held responsible for any errors in this presentation.

The illustrations and photos of the products in support of the text are not part of the contractual field. Under no circumstances shall GURU be held liable on the basis of said illustrations/photos.

Article 6 – Orders
As soon as the Customer definitively validates his/her order by clicking on “Validate”, it is established that he/she accepts with full knowledge of the contents, delivery terms and conditions of the Order in question and especially the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the prices, quantities, descriptions, characteristics, volumes and delivery times of the products ordered by the Customer on the Site.

GURU will acknowledge receipt of this order by sending an email to the Customer who placed the order.

Purchase of products as a guest
The Site also offers you the possibility to purchase products as a guest. Under this purchase modality, you only need to provide the data necessary to process your order. At the end of the purchase process, you will be asked to register as a user or to continue as an unregistered user.

An invoice in electronic format will be available by clicking on the link in your order confirmation email.

Right of non-acceptance / cancellation of an order
GURU reserves the right to cancel or put on hold the execution of an Order or its delivery, regardless of its nature and stage of execution, for various reasons:
– In the event of a technical error and/or typographical error in the prices or other product information appearing on the Website at the time of ordering.
– When security systems indicate a possibility of fraudulent ordering.
– If there are reasons to believe that the customer is a minor.
– When GURU is unable to deliver the order to the address indicated by the customer, for reasons for which it is not responsible (error in the address provided by the customer, physical impossibility of access to the address provided by the customer).
– In the event of a computer attack, virus or any event beyond the reasonable control of GURU (force majeure).

In each of these cases, GURU will inform the customer of the cancellation or non-acceptance of the order as soon as possible, and will reimburse the sums paid in full.

Article 7 – Payments
The Customer has the option to pay for his order by different means:
directly on the site by Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard.
Payment methods such as bank transfer and payment via Paypal are also accepted.

The amount of the invoice will be debited from the customer’s account on the date of payment.

GURU reserves the right to add or remove payment methods on its site.

Article 8 – Delivery

  • 1. Delivery zones

The delivery service covers all geographical areas (European Union, DOM-TOM, Asia, America, Oceania…).

  • 2. Terms of delivery

The products will be delivered to the Customer at the address indicated in the “Delivery Address” form filled in by the Customer when placing the order.

In order to avoid any incident during the delivery (wrong addresses, absence from home, etc.), it is essential to fill in the corresponding form correctly. It will be possible to follow the status of the orders through the website of the delivery person (if there is one) who will indicate, at any time, the location of the product(s) until they are received.

Transportation costs are calculated according to the shipping method selected and the total price of the products purchased.

The exact shipping cost will be calculated by including each item in the shopping cart and will be detailed on the page summarizing the purchase before the customer confirms the order by clicking on the “validate” button and before entering the payment data.

The shipment of orders to military bases or post office boxes will not be possible.

The shipping costs can be changed at any time without prior notice. This modification will be applicable as soon as it is included in the present sales conditions.

In all cases, the shipping costs indicated at the time of the order will be valid.

  • 3. Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the country of residence of the Customer.

As an indication, the delivery within the European Union will be ensured at the latest 15 days after validation of the order (if the products are available in stock).

Article 9 – Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, a credit note, or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging, in its original, new, unworn, unwashed condition. It must be returned in a condition to be sold. All incomplete, damaged, soiled or abnormal use products will not be taken back and will not be refunded.

In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error, or for any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if any)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 days.

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Exchanges (if any)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at guru@ghep.mc .
We will then provide you with instructions and a return address.

Refund of shipping costs
Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time of your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

Article 10 – Legal guarantees
The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by articles 211-4 and following of the consumer code and the guarantee of hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the civil code).
These guarantees cover hidden defects and apparent defects from the date of delivery. The only obligation incumbent on GURU under this guarantee is, at its choice, the free replacement or repair of products recognized as defective without any other service or compensation.

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper use of the product, normal wear and tear due to its use or failure to follow washing and maintenance instructions. In order to benefit from the guarantee of the products, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice of the product as well as the delivery note.

Article 12 – Communication in writing
Under the applicable regulations, we are required to send you certain information or communications in writing. By using this website, you agree that your communication with us will be primarily electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or inform you through alerts posted on our website.
For contractual purposes, you consent to the use of this electronic means of communication and agree that all contracts, announcements, information and other messages we send to you electronically comply with legal requirements that such communications be in writing. This provision does not affect your rights.

Article 13 – Liability
GURU shall not be held liable for any events, inconveniences or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular in the event of a breakdown in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

Furthermore, GURU shall not be held liable for failure to perform the contract entered into in the event of a fortuitous event, pandemic, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding or fire.

GURU shall not be held liable for any indirect damage, operating loss, loss of profit, damage or expenses that may arise as a result of the present.

Article 14 – Attribution of competence
Any dispute that has not been resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or the jurisdiction of the place of actual delivery of the customer’s order, notwithstanding multiple defendants and / or warranty claims, even for emergency procedures or protective procedures in summary proceedings or by petition.

Article 15 – Intellectual property rights
The brands, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts or more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of GURU.
No transfer of intellectual property rights is made through these GTC. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods is strictly forbidden.
