How do I track my order?
As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track the shipment in real time using the link provided. If you have not received anything within 48 hours of placing your order, please write to ghep@ghep.mc with your order number.
Can I modify or cancel an order that has already been placed?
You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by writing to ghep@ghep.mc. After this time, the order may already be in process and it will no longer be possible to make changes.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We process every order within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation. Delivery takes 2–4 business days in Italy, 1–2 days with the Express service available at checkout, and 3–5 days for islands and remote areas.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free for orders over €90. Below this threshold, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination.
How do I start a return?
Write to ghep@ghep.mc with the subject "Order return #[order number]". We will reply with all the instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags and labels intact, and in their original packaging.
When do I get my refund?
The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase — card, PayPal, etc. You will receive confirmation via email.
