\nA relaunch for Gianluca Sessarego, one that has put the brand that became an icon of casualwear in the 1990s back on the map.<\/p>\n

“It’s always started with the idea of relaunching Guru,” says Gianluca Sessarego, president and CEO of Ghep. “When we got the clothing sublicense in 2018, the goal was clear: to return to daisy blossom. With Ghep, we focused on a conscious rebranding, on a clean, essential, yet recognizable line. And today the results are showing: Guru is once again a desired brand.”<\/p>\n

Sessarego has been working on a gradual growth strategy, aiming to return to retail markets and rebuild the wholesale channel: “By 2023 we are aiming for a more structured European distribution. The product is there, the people too. We are working on a solid foundation.”<\/p>\n
